At Rogers Family Therapy, our therapeutic approach is to utilize moments of your history to provide support and practical feedback to help you effectively address present day personal life challenges. We  emphasize support for males age 18-25 with histories of rage, substance abuse and social anxieties. We also specialize in helping highly accomplished professionals such as other clinicians, high profile artists, executives and their children effectively address their often uniquely personal and professional life challenges. We work with each individual to help you build on your strengths and attain the personal and professional growth you are committed to accomplishing.

About Me

I am a California State Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (Lic#MFC101500)

I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, and am in pursuit of my Doctorate  (PsyD) with an interest in the emphasis in treating high anxiety and personality disorders.

During our work together I will successfully help you develop the valuable skills needed to address and deal with your painful internal struggles, unsatisfactory relationships and emotional traumas. I also make sure to provide practical feedback which allows you to experience what it's truly like for others to be in relationship with you.

I have graduate education in psychology and several years in private practice, outpatient community clinic, acute care and psychiatric hospital and residential treatment settings. My specializations are in the areas of mood and anxiety disorders, experiences of borderline and narcissistic personalities, relationship and stage-of-life adjustment difficulties. I practice mindfulness-based, psychoanalytic psychotherapy with multi-cultural sensitivity. I am also gay/lesbian friendly and have alternate lifestyle awareness.

I want to be the last therapist you see.
